Shipments and returns

Orders placed on our website will be processed within 1-2 business days and shipped via the carrier of your choice – UPS, FedEx or USPS. Shipping times may vary depending on the destination and carrier service selected. Please note that international orders may be subject to additional customs fees or taxes upon arrival in your country. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price or shipping costs.


We understand that sometimes you may need to return an item, and we're here to help make that process as easy as possible. If you're not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. All returned items must be in their original condition and packaging, with all accessories and paperwork included. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
